Refund and Return

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund (if applicable).

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us to request a return.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided after your return request is approved.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
